About Us

Jacqueline Jacobs is uniquely suited for this journey with a background in law and insurance and more than 20 years’ experience with large corporate businesses. It’s time to use that gained knowledge and “pay it forward”. She is committed to increasing financial access to non-profits, small businesses, and faith-based organizations for broader economic impact and sustainability. Law trained at Saint Louis University and started her service to the community volunteering with the Guardian ad Litem program sponsored by the Cuyahoga County Bar Association. She also worked with the Cleveland Legal Aid Society while working to support her family in the insurance industry. 

We start sustainable profitable projects that add to the resources of social enterprises and urban communities. Our strategy is to “think small" and "think big”. At our base, we're a start-up local newsletter geared toward faith-based and small non-profits offering valuable content for those groups. The bigger picture we offer are services such as grant writing, grant research, grant management and project management to these same groups. 

In the last five years, the ability for faith-based and small non-profits to obtain and sustain adequate funding to accomplish their missions has grown difficult due to the level of expertise necessary to compete on a level playing field with larger and more politically and socially connected organizations. To overcome this issue, HarrisResource LLC will assist these organizations with products and services as knowledge, training, and advice. 

Post Pandemic there will never be a better time/opportunity for grassroots, faith-based non-profits, and small businesses to realign themselves and prosper.
